EZPZ Hosting Review
EZPZ Hosting was established in early 2007, they are providing web hosts, reseller, virtual server, dedicated server, shoutcast server, and seo services. And here i will review their web hosts service. I have been using their web hosts service located in United Kingdom since one year ago, so far they have a good performance in delivering uptime, there was just a few times i cannot access my website hosted in ezpz hosting, but that is just a usual problem from global web hosts provider, probably because dns error, server trouble, upgrade server, or human error. But like i said before, it just a usual problem.
24 hours / 7 days support they guaranteed is good, no more than one hour to answer my ticket, averagely in half an hour they replying my open ticket and five to ten minutes after that. They are very friendly and professional when solving my problems, from the simplest one to the complicated one. For me, great support is more important than delivering good uptime, instead of i don’t care about the uptime, but good customer service will make the customers feel happy and satisfied.
