Get Started with Cpanel

After set your nameservers in your domain registrar, you can access your Cpanel account with:

http://yourdomain.com:2082 or http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

After that it will ask for username and password, enter your username and password. Now you’re ready to start your Cpanel.

Change Cpanel password

Click Change Password menu icon on the Cpanel main page to change your Cpanel password. Fill in the field with your old and new password and then click Change your pass now! button.

Change Cpanel skin with RVSkin Theme Changer

Click RVSkin Theme Changer menu icon on the Cpanel main page to change your Cpanel theme. Choose one of theme you want to use and click Change button.

Add email account

Click Email Accounts menu icon on the Cpanel main page to create email account. Fill in your email name field, password field, and mail quota field, then click Create button.

Log in to your mail

Click Webmail menu icon on the Cpanel main page to log in to your email account.

Choose one of mail application (Horde, SquirrelMail, RoundCube) to open your email account and click Login button.

Create website from file manager

Click File Manager menu icon on the Cpanel main page to start create and manage your website files.

Create ftp accounts

Click FTP Accounts menu icon on the Cpanel main page to create FTP account. Fill in your username field, password field, directory field (/public_html/foldername), and quota field, then click Create FTP Account button.

Create subdomains

Click Subdomains menu icon on the Cpanel main page to create subdomains. Fill in your subdomain name field and directory field that will point to your subdomain.

Addon domains

Click Addon Domains menu icon on the Cpanel main page to add / point your new domain to your Cpanel account. Fill in your domain name field, subdomain/ftp username field, directory/root field, and password field, then click Add Domain! button.

Parked domains

Click Parked Domains menu icon on the Cpanel main page to park a domain to your Cpanel account. Fill in the field and click Add Domain! button.

Redirects

Click Redirect menu icon on the Cpanel main page to make permanent or temporary domain, subdomain redirection. Choose the type of redirection (permanent / temporary), choose which domain or subdomain will be redirect to, and fill in the redirects to field with the url you wish to redirect, then click Add button.

Create MySQL database

You can automatically create MySQL database, click MySQL Database Wizard button (it will assist you to create MySQL database) or you can create manually with click MySQL Database button.

Click phpMyAdmin menu icon on the Cpanel main page to manage or edit your database.

Click Fantastico De Luxe menu icon on the Cpanel main page to install the application for your website.

Create Cronjob

Click Cron jobs menu icon on the Cpanel main page to add or edit cronjob for your website. There are 2 types of cronjobs, standard and unix style.

Fill in your cronjob’s command and set the execution time from the options.
